Developing and Using Scenarios is designed for those seeking an in-depth introduction to scenario thinking. Through hands-on experience, learn how to craft scenarios and use them to inform your organization's strategic conversation and ongoing planning. Work through each step of the scenario process in interactive small group exercises: identifying the focal question, brainstorming key factors and environmental forces, interviewing, generating logics and storylines, developing and presenting compelling scenarios.

Leaders of the Future: Shaping the Future in an Uncertain World is an immersive, four-day leadership experience that prepares high-potential leaders for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. It targets talented, ambitious men and women in their thirties from business, government, and nonprofits around the world who are already good managers and want to become great leaders. Leaders of the Future taps into GBN’s tools and insights to understand our increasingly volatile, uncertain, and complex world and the different leadership models and skills that it will demand; includes a “Learning Journey” to meet successful leaders who are shaping the future of business and society today; and applies the theories of renowned psychologist David Kantor to understand effective leadership.
