Jenny is GBN’s chief operating officer, responsible for managing GBN’s business services and consulting operations, in addition to marketing, finance, and human assets. She is a member of Monitor Group's Human Assets Initiative staff working group and the North American Unit Operations team. Previously, Jenny served as GBN's business manager, and prior to that as the operations manager of GBN’s training division. She holds a B.A. in History from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Jenny is a genealogist and also designs jewelry and books.
